MISSION STATEMENT

Further the common welfare and well being of the communities of Oradell and River Edge by providing the children with the opportunity to participate in the sport of soccer. Their participation is intended to be organized in a manner promoting safety and fostering appropriate social, education and athletic values and for the benefit of the children.

RDSA offers three programs to advance this mission:

1. Instructional Program.   The Instructional Program is offered for all children attending Kindergarten and 1st Grades.  This program includes 50 mintues of soccer fun on Saturday mornings.

2. Recreational Program. The Recreational Program is offered for all children attending Grades 2nd thru 8th. A few practices to start the season leads into real games between our teams. Divisions are structured as 3/4^th, 5/6^th, and 7/8^thgrade groupings. Upon request, players can play up based on their birth year. Players will participate in about two practices or games per week throughout the season. One major change that we have is our 2nd graders will be having 5v5 games only.  The schedule will follow our 3/4 boys and girls schedules every Saturday (girls) and Sunday (boys).
